Sokyo restaurant presented me with exquisite Japanese cuisine. From fresh sashimi and sushi to delicious tempura and charcoal-grilled skewers, every dish made me feel intoxicated. In particular, the sashimi platter was fresh and delicate, perfectly complementing the seasoning, allowing me to savor the essence of Japanese cuisine.

At Sokyo, I also tried many unique Japanese cocktails. From refreshing cherry blossom martinis and unique Japanese whiskey to mellow plum wine, each cocktail impressed me. Especially the cherry blossom martini, with its refreshing taste and fragrance of cherry blossoms, allowing me to savor the beauty of Japanese spring.

At Sokyo, the waitstaff always kept a smile, providing warm and thoughtful service. They were familiar with the characteristics of each dish, and could recommend suitable dishes based on my taste, allowing me to have a deeper understanding of Japanese cuisine. In addition, they would occasionally ask about my satisfaction with the dishes, ensuring that I had a homely dining experience.

Temptation of desserts

Sokyo also offers a range of exquisite Japanese desserts, allowing me to savor the sweetness of Japanese cuisine. From traditional matcha ice cream and red bean mochi, to creative taro cakes and pancakes, every dessert made me feel enchanted. Especially the matcha ice cream, with its delicate texture and strong matcha flavor, allowed me to savor the essence of Japanese desserts.

At Sokyo in Sydney, I had a memorable journey of Japanese cuisine. The cuisine, desserts, cocktails, and dining environment here made me feel intoxicated, and I look forward to trying it again.
